Plain English, no legalese wall. Because our questionnaire collects a few details about you, here's exactly what we do with them.

It does not cover the financial, accounting, or advisory data you provide to us when we do work for you. • We do not collect phone numbers if using the "Book a Discovery Call" page.

3. Testing (SMS) communications and opt-in policy

When you send us a text message, we treat this as consent from you, the sender. You are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message and agreeing to this privacy policy. Additional cellular carrier charges may apply for use of text message services; check with your carrier for rates and additional charges.

• Opt-in methods: we only send messages to those who have explicitly opted in verbally, opted in via email, or by sending an inbound SMS message to us.

• Opt-out: you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us

4. We don't share your information

We will not disclose any information about you unless we have your prior approval or are required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share or sell consumer personal information (including phone numbers) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation.  We do not share, sell, or rent customer mobile phone numbers with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Our website may have links to other websites. If you use these links, we are not responsible for activity on third-party sites, and our policies do not apply to information you choose to provide to them

5. Your choices & data deletion

We respect your choices and rights to delete the information you provided to us. Reach out any time for the following:

• Change your information if you see an issue

• Ask us to delete your information

• You can change your mind later, and withdraw your concent
